Shipping Times and Destinations

We ship worldwide. Please allow up to 11 business days in EU countries, 18+ business days outside EU region, not counting the time the package is held for customs processing.

Our shipping provider may occasionally exclude some countries from their service because of transport connection disruptions or the situation in the destination country. We are unfortunately unable to monitor that in real time. In the case you have made an order and we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled and the paid amount refunded to your original method of payment. If your country is not listed as a shipping option at checkout, we are probably not able to ship to your country at the time but you can still contact us and we will investigate the available options.

Shipping Price

Shipping charges will be added during checkout. International shipping is 24€ (Euro) and domestic shipping (Slovenia) is 12€. This covers for shipping charges and the cost of packaging.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes and duties that may arise upon the item's arrival to the destination country.

We ship items "registered" with "Advice of delivery" service (Items are only handed over against signature to the addressee or a person authorised by the addressee). All artworks ship unframed unless explicitly noted.

Returns Policy

Returns

You have the right to return the items purchased in our shop and get a refund. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you want to return an item. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was upon arrival to you. It must also be in the original or equivalent packaging. The item(s) must be returned (sent back) within 14 days of your notification (in writing) to us about the return.

Several types of items are non-refundable. items customised specifically to customer's wishes and items made by order (commissions) cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and downloadable products/media.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Blažon Art Studio, Ul. Marjana Kozine 31B, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (The return shipping costs are non-refundable). When return-shipping an item, you should consider using a track-able shipping service and optionally purchasing shipping insurance. The items that don't reach us and were shipped without a track-able service will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (the amount paid including shipping to your address) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
